Writer, copy editor, mother, grandmother, gardener, knitter, and sewing artist. Yes, that last one is corny but it sounds better than sewer – e-e-ew. I’ve been a member of His Imprint Writers Group in Saskatoon since soon after I moved to this lovely city – probably around 1997, but I’m sure it was before time began and certainly before the group had a real name. Probably soon after language was invented. I have also been a member of Inscribe Writers Fellowship since even before that. Around when the world began, I think. These two communities have kept me on track and moving. Writing is my friend: honest with me and good to me. I try to stay connected to it and it has changed me tremendously. We have grown together, my writing and I, as old friends feel comfortable with each other. I hope you feel just as welcome and included as you read it.
